We're a collaborative group practice in The Woodlands offering psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed professionals across disciplines — all working together to serve our diverse Houston-area community with care that actually heals.
We're currently hiring a talented, passionate Child and Teen Therapist — licensed or provisionally licensed — who loves working with youth and families and thrives in a collaborative, supportive setting.

The Role
Setting: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility
Client Focus: Children (ages 5+) through teens
You'll assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for youth and families. You'll coordinate care across our interdisciplinary team, support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Active participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development is part of how we grow together here. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Current Texas clinical license or provisional license in good standing
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
• EMDR, somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
• BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
